Ports

The uses port imports the stack of images to be used for the segmentation. These images will be used to generate a set of Zinc surface meshes and a corresponding point-cloud. The first provides port outputs a Zinc EX file containing the point-cloud generated by the plugin. The second provides port outputs a Zinc EX file containing the segmentation surfaces generated by the plugin.
